Oxygen & Specialist Gas Systems
We design and install oxygen and specialist gas distribution piping for suitable industrial and process applications.

Fire-Water & Fire-Pipe Systems
Air Systems can manufacture and install industrial fire-water pipework and associated reticulation within the scope of the applicable design, specification and statutory requirements.
This may include distribution pipework, supports, branches and equipment connections installed to an approved design.
Where specialist fire-system design, approval, certification or commissioning is required, this is undertaken in accordance with the applicable requirements and in conjunction with the relevant approved specialists or authorities.

Purpose-Built Pipe Brackets & Supports
Air Systems manufactures a range of practical pipe brackets and support systems developed from years of installation experience. Wherever possible, our brackets are designed to clamp, click or bolt onto existing structural elements without welding, including I-beams, lip channels, angle iron, walls and other suitable structures. This can significantly simplify installation and, importantly, may avoid the need for on-site welding and associated hot-work permits, fire watches and disruption to the customer’s operations. Our bracket systems are designed for quick installation, secure support, neat pipe alignment and easy future modification or expansion. Where a standard bracket does not suit the application, we can design and manufacture a purpose-built solution.
