Air Systems has been designing, manufacturing, installing, modifying and maintaining industrial compressed air systems since 1989.

Compressor Installations

We consider ventilation, cooling, air treatment, receivers, pipe sizing, pressure losses, condensate management, accessibility and future maintenance when installing compressor equipment.

Compressed Air Reticulation

A correctly designed distribution system can substantially affect available pressure, air quality, energy consumption and the performance of production equipment.

Air Systems designs and installs compressed air mains, ring systems, branches and point-of-use connections using materials and joining methods appropriate to the application.

Plant Rooms & Air Treatment

Good compressed air starts with more than the compressor.

We integrate receivers, dryers, filtration, separators, drains and controls to provide the required air quality while minimising unnecessary pressure loss and operating cost.

Custom Engineering & Fabrication

Not every industrial problem has an off-the-shelf solution.

Where necessary, we design, modify and manufacture practical equipment, brackets, frames, guards, manifolds and other components to solve the actual site requirement.
